Spring hill Village Too (completed in 2007) is our second phase and it is located at 23256 NW 199th Place, High Springs, Florida (just around the corner from our original phase). Spring Hill Village Too has 18 apartments and offers several one and two bedroom floor plans. Each apartment at Spring Hill VillageToo has a single car garage w/ remote entry.
