Spring Hill Village Too is a group of apartment homes for lease. The new, cottage style homes are the 'sister' complex to Spring Hill Village, also off North Main Street (County Road 236) a short walk to downtown High Springs.

"Spring Hill Village was so well received that demand increased and availability was very limited," Lancaster said. "That's when the owners decided to expand a bit.  They wanted the new name to be associated with the original complex, so Spring Hill Village Too was chosen."

Eighteen homes are available in one bedroom with one bath, two bedrooms with two baths, and two-level townhouses with two bedrooms and two and a half baths.

Each home has a covered front porch (perfect for a couple of rocking chairs) that faces the inviting street lined with sidewalks and street lamps.  Each connected garage has remote entry for a car.

Although the exteriors are traditional, home interiors are modern.  The color schemes for the walls, flooring, fixtures and counters are in very soft, neutral earth tones.  An abundance of double paned windows allows plenty of light, while still being energy efficient.  The homes have central heat and air, and convenient appliances such as refrigerators with icemakers, ranges with a microwave hood, and dishwashers.  There are even hook-ups for washers and dryers inside each garage.  Bathrooms have combination tub and showers, and ceiling fans are installed in living areas and bedrooms.
